Every application is reviewed by a member of the Wakeland team. You will hear from us by email at each stage.
Create your account
Sign up with your email address and confirm it. Your information is kept private and used only to assess your application.
Complete the questionnaire
Tell us about your household, your vehicle and your access needs. You can save your progress and come back at any time.
We review it
A Wakeland reviewer approves or declines your application. If demand is high you may be placed on the waitlist and contacted when a space opens.
Purchase your pass
Once approved and activated, buy a parking pass or start a monthly subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Reviewed by real people
Applications are assessed individually by Wakeland resident services staff — not by an automated score.
Your data stays private
Documents you upload are stored privately and are visible only to you and the reviewing staff.
Cancel any time
Monthly subscriptions can be managed or cancelled yourself from your dashboard, with no phone call required.
