How the Mobility Access Program works
Everything you need to know before you sign up.
Who can take part
The program is open to residents of Wakeland Housing communities. If you are unsure whether you qualify, create an account anyway — our team will be in touch either way.
The steps
- Create your account and confirm your email address. There is nothing to fill in at this stage.
- We send you a short survey. A member of the Mobility Access team decides which program fits you — Overnight Parking or the Pronto Pass — and emails you the right survey. It appears on your dashboard.
- You complete the survey. It takes a few minutes and you can save your progress and come back to it.
- We review it and email you the outcome: approved, waitlisted, or not approved with an explanation.
- Parking only: if you are approved for overnight parking, we send you the Overnight Parking Participation Agreement to read and sign online.
- You purchase whatever we have made available on your account.
Your dashboard always shows exactly where you are, and you will get an email at each stage.
What you will need
- An email address you can access, to confirm your account.
- Your Wakeland property and unit number.
- Vehicle make, model and licence plate, if you are applying for parking.
Nothing is submitted until you choose to submit it.
Leaving the program
If your participation ends, we will send you a short exit survey. It is entirely optional to answer in detail, it does not affect any future application, and it genuinely shapes how we run the program for other residents.
Payments
Payments are handled entirely by Square. One-time purchases are paid on Square's own secure checkout page; for a monthly subscription your card is entered into Square's secure fields on our site. Either way the card number never touches Wakeland's servers. You can cancel a subscription or remove a saved card at any time from your payment history.
